Our Facility

Recently remodeled. This is our main area for exercise. In addition to this large area, we have 8 more areas/offices for our clients

Private Evaluation Room

This is our private evaluation room where we discuss your needs. We also have a *Physical Therapist on staff, if your condition is severe

Semi-Private to Private Areas and Rooms

We respect that many clients would appreciate a more private setting when working out. Our facility is designed with that in mind. We also have rolling privacy screen if you need more privacy.

Recumbent Bike

Note this is not your typical gym bike machine. It has a more comfortable seat and more back support. This model is frequently only seen at a Physical Therapist's office

Not Your Typical Gym

The weights shown are the heaviest we have. SMST is not about lifting the heaviest weight a few times or a light weight a 500 times

Convenience & Safety

We have complimentary lockable lockers, RO water unit & towels. Your safety and comfort are a top priority

Rejuvenation Chamber

This unit is revolutionary with many functions. We would need a whole page just to discuss it's many features. Please ask about it when your here.

Infrared Sauna

As you will note, the rejuvenation chamber is more than an infrared sauna. You won't find this unit anywhere in San Antonio! While we are not a spa, we do also offer foot detox & sauna blanket therapies

Physical Therapy

*Should your condition need a Physical Therapist, we have one on staff. We can discuss your physical concerns and refer you to an MD for an examination & possible physical therapy treatment by us

Group Sessions

We are currently developing a package for Group sessions. Some clients prefer this but want it to still be in a relaxed, semi-private setting. Our group sessions won't exceed 6 clients. Ask for details.
